Training Frequency


Training Status Allowance

  • Participant is at beginner training status, therefore 3 main sessions are performed per week. 
Sport Season Guideline
  • No specific season, however pre-season is defined as a 10 month period prior to the triathlon.
Training Frequency Chosen
  • Novice, therefore frequency of 3 sessions (Day & Johnson, 2012).
